The Hurricane Slim ZeroGrip is built for players who prefer a natural-feeling stick. Featuring the same slim, high-performance shaft as the original Hurricane Slim, this carbon fibre stick delivers the speed, precision and responsiveness players expect from Ring-Jet, with one key difference: no grip coating.  

Developed from direct feedback from elite NRL players who grew up on wooden sticks and wanted that same free-moving, natural feel in a composite stick, the ZeroGrip Hurricane Slim was prototyped and tested until we got it exactly right. The result is an ultra-smooth, matte finish that lets players move their hands freely along the stick. It’s like holding a wooden stick again, with all the performance of premium carbon fibre.  

The Hurricane Slim ZeroGrip features graphics designed in collaboration with Karly Butz, an NRL player with the Saskatchewan Heat, bringing an elite player’s perspective to every detail.
